I've moved the article from the main article space to Draft:Garden City Helicopters, where you can work on it at your leisure without fear of speedy deletion. I've also added an Articles for Creation template--when you're done fleshing our the article, I recommend using the "Submit" button on that template to submit it for review by experienced editors to see if they agree that it meets Wikipedia's standards, and/or offer advice for futher work.
