Image copyright problem with Image:Matchless hc-30.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Matchless hc-30.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}.

Spoiler warning on Differences between book and film versions of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone[edit]

Hi Lappado, you said on Talk:Differences between book and film versions of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone that you think there should be a spoiler warning in the article. There already is one there, warning readers to continue cautiously if they have not read the first five books and/or seen the first four movies. I adjusted the "four movies" to "five" since you expressed the notion that mentioning the centaurs appear is a spoiler (I don't personally think the cast should be a spoiler, but I see your point). I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. Proposed deletion of Jerry Jones Guitars[edit]

The article Jerry Jones Guitars has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG. Long-term unsourced article on a non-notable company. I can find no significant coverage, just trivial mentions in lists of gear people used at one time or another.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist.
