Misplaced warning

[edit]

Hello Lara Hatsumi,

I see that you placed a warning message, apparently intended for another editor, at the top of the article Francisca James. I have removed it. Warning messages should be placed on the talk page of the user you want to warn. Maproom (talk) 09:24, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Maproom,

I am sorry for the misplaced of a warning message that I put on Francisca James article. I did not know that I have to place the warning message on the talk page of the user that I want to warn. Thank you for telling me so! Much appreciated! Lara (talk) 01:45, 31 October 2020 (UTC+8)

October 2020

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Meters. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Francisca James, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Meters (talk) 19:22, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

And please do not accuse editors of vandalizing articles when they make good faith edits such as removing improper sources. Despite your claim, YouTube and FaceBook are generally not acceptable as reliable sources. Meters (talk) 19:25, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hi Lara Hatsumi! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Meters (talk) 19:26, 30 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

November 2020

[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Francisca James, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. This has already been removed as having been unsourced. Do not restore it without providing reliable sources. Meters (talk) 05:53, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

And please read WP:OWN. You do not own the article and you should not be telling other editors not to edit it. Other editors are allowed to make changes. It is not vandalism simply because you do not agree with the changes. Take article content discussions to the article's talk page. Meters (talk) 05:57, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Abdiurangsunda, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

~ ToBeFree (talk) 21:05, 7 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The investigation has been closed as technically "Red X Unrelated" by checkuser Oshwah. Sorry for the unnecessary trouble. Feel free to remove this section (or any section you like) at any time. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 21:55, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Neelofa image removal?

[edit]

Any particular reason you removed this image from the Neelofa article? --GRuban (talk) 14:38, 4 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Maznah Ali moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Maznah Ali, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Orphaned non-free image File:Miss Universe Thailand logo.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Miss Universe Thailand logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 18:55, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Miss International Queen logo.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Miss International Queen logo.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- Marchjuly (talk) 12:52, 7 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Miss International 1963, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Malaya. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:55, 29 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Maznah Ali

[edit]

Hello, Lara Hatsumi. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Maznah Ali".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Notice

The article Joannabelle Ng has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails to meet any biographical notability outlined at WP:NBIO and may violate WP:BLP1E policy.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ☆ Bri (talk) 03:16, 7 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
