Egypt Eyalet[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Egypt Eyalet shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. @Frietjes i. don't understand so I go to this guy talk page and solve it out ? Las davas (talk) 22:03, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I see no comments from you at Talk:Egypt_Eyalet#Recent_edits. Since you have now violated WP:3RR and are not talking on the talk page, you could be blocked from editing. Frietjes (talk) 22:07, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Frietjes first of all I added one but it doesn't appear and I don't know what to do now ? Las davas (talk) 22:25, 28 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Same problem with malformed sources at Egypt Eyalet. If you continue to engage in an edit war, you will be blocked. Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 13:54, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

March 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Bombardment of Algiers (1816), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. M.Bitton (talk) 13:02, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@M.Bitton its literally a book download it and read it -_- Las davas (talk) 13:04, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
First of all, you linked to Amazon (you should never do that). 2) The link was malformed. 3) Since the battle is properly covered in RS, if what you claim was true, we would know about it. M.Bitton (talk) M.Bitton (talk) 13:10, 30 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Commandery of fezzan moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Commandery of fezzan, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.  // Timothy :: talk  20:23, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

April 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion pages, as you did with Commandery of fezzan. Doing so won't stop the discussion from taking place. You are, however, welcome to comment about the proposed deletion on the appropriate page. Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution[edit]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Nafusa Mountains into Imamate of Nafusa. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 23:29, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@DanCherek why it is little hard Las davas (talk) 16:40, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have no idea what you were trying to say, but that attribution is required any time you copy text from one Wikipedia article to another. DanCherek (talk) 18:28, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for May 13[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Banu Khattab, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kanem. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:44, 13 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

May 2023[edit]

Please do not delete sourced content in articles and replace with sourced content in articles, as you did at Banu Khazrun. And do not restore your edit once an objection has been raised to it; this is called edit-warring and is prohibited on Wikipedia. You may discuss disagreements on the article talk page. R Prazeres (talk) 16:47, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Banu Khazrun. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. R Prazeres (talk) 16:56, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia by deliberately introducing incorrect information, as you did at Libu. Lone-078 (talk) 15:41, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon with clock
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistently adding unsourced or poorly sourced content. Verifiability is a core Wikipedia policy. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text at the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Favonian (talk) 15:44, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Favonian so now you see unblock me ? Las davas (talk) 15:53, 18 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. In fact, now I've made this block indefinite.
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.
Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public. You may instead email the Arbitration Committee at arbcom-en@wikimedia.org with your username and appeal.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
