Request reason:

I'll go looking for cheap closed proxies.

Still, it's weird I can't even change my own userpage. I think even that should be open for the user to be edited. LeBonhomme 16:16, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Wikipedia is not a free web host, it is not your own userpage, it is a wikipedia page associated with your userid. For most blocked editors there is no reason why they should need to edit any page, it's reasonably recent (year or so) that a blocked user could edit the talk page. --pgk 16:41, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
