Charlemagne[edit]

Hi LeHappiste, I noticed your recent edit to the opening sentence of the article on Charlemagne. I'm not sure Charlemagne is French for Charles the Great as the article in French Wikipedia begins "Charles Ier, dit « le Grand »". My French isn't very good though. Also the sentence now reads "Charlemagne (/ˈʃɑrlɨmeɪn/; French for "Charles the Great"; 2 April 742 – 28 January 814), also known as Charles the Great". Edit warring at Battle of Hastings...[edit]

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert.
