Your name[edit]

Hi Lewis. I notice that you were unblocked some months ago in order to request a namechange, but you did not; perhaps you were unable to work out how (it's not the most intuitive system). I'll try and explain, and i suggest you make the request immediately, in order to avoid a further, perhaps longer, block.
You need to go here (click the link i've given you), which is the main page for requesting changes. Read it, then click on the bottom, where it says Simple or, if you like, click here, which will take you to the page to actually make the request. Once there, follow the directions, putting your current name and the one you want in the correct spots. Ideally, once you save your request, a bureaucrat ~ one of the users who has the ability to do so ~ will activate your change. Once you've made the request, do not sign in again with your old name, as i believe that messes things up a bit.
