School Hard[edit]

I've had issues with the way A Man in Black edits pages for a long time and I gave up trying to fight him because he is so incredibly stubborn. I did, however, fix the School Hard episode and put in references so that even he can't blanket-delete the content on OR basis. I would suggest, when it comes to adding trivia and continuity info to these episode articles, use the BBC episode guides as references. kingdom2 (talk) 18:05, 1 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you ever come into a confrontation with him again, try this out: WP: IAR?. It is a Wikipedia policy called "Ignore All Rules" that states that "the spirit of the rule trumps the letter of the rule". It also says that "Despite its name, "Ignore all rules" does not sabotage the other rules. Its purpose is to keep them from sabotaging what we're doing here: building a free encyclopedia. Rules have zero importance compared with that goal. If they aid that goal, good. If they interfere with it, they are instantly negated."
I believe in the spirit of the law, but A Man In Black clearly has the letter of the law tattooed on his stomach. Learn that page, learn it well, learn all pages related to it, and know when to and be ready to cite it. kingdom2 (talk) 13:29, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
