Im John Warren's relative and can supply his birth certificate. a) He was born on January 7, 1947 and b) The article ("Wrong Way") posted is libelous. I will follow proper protocol to have it removed. But if I have to file suit against Wikipedia to remove it, I have no problem doing so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lilbit17 (talkcontribs) 15:04, 25 April 2009

Please do not threaten legal action. Are you saying that the Sports Illustrated article is wrong and that the event did not happen? The way it is currently sourced and written is not libelous. We are just reiterating what a reliable source says. This applies also to the birthdate, NBA.com is considered a reliable source for this information. You saying you are related and can supply the information is considered original research and is not acceptable on wikipedia. I am removing the warnings because based on this information you seem to be acting in good faith and not vandalizing. I am willing to work with you to make the article better and to reach consensus.
