Warning[edit]

Lincoln, you have ignore my previous messages - please be aware that WP:Communication is required as well as polite. Please do not create any article without sources - it may help you to read WP:BURDEN and WP:V. I will move the unreferenced articles I've contacted you about and 1911 Milan–San Remo to draftspace; please work on them there and submit them via WP:AFC when they are ready, with verified information. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 19:49, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Boleyn. I have updated the Draft:Nikolay Antipov. I choose not to submit personally, I don't Russian well enough and the German article is a stub. The Milan-San Remo was intended to be a series of interlinking articles. I originally intended to respond to messages with finished articles instead of fragments. Lincoln555 (talk) 21:05, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The Milan-San Remo 1911 article has been updated with info from https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milano-Sanremo_1911.It should be ready for submission. Lincoln555 (talk) 21:19, 10 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Lincoln555: Just a heads-up with regard to your work: You need to study and apply the {{flagathlete}}, {{ct}}, {{cite web}} (and possibly {{cite news}}) and {{reflist}} templates, and some form of table structure instead of bulleted lists, before the cycling article is up to the best standard for inclusion as a stub in the mainspace. I hope that crash course helps. Good luck, and feel free to message me when you've done it to a similar standard to my articles. EP111 (talk) 15:55, 11 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for January 3[edit]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Stalin's execution list of July 26, 1938, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Communist Party of Armenia (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver).

Hello, thanks for continuing to work on this. This will be turned down at AfC because it has no references. It has 'external links' but that just means 'suggestions for further reading'. Without any references, it won't be accepted. Can you please add your references? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 20:54, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning[edit]

Lincoln, you've been asked many times to stop creating unreferenced articles, yet today you created 1919 Tour of Flanders with no sources. You have already been pointed to WP:BURDEN and WP:V. The next time you create an unreferenced article, I will initiate an WP:ANI and you risk an indefinite block. Please just stop this, and go back over your creations and add your sources. Boleyn (talk) 20:04, 10 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

And 1948 Giro di Lombardia. Can you please respond to my message? thanks, Boleyn (talk) 12:45, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

1919 Tour of Flanders has the references added, I am awaiting to see if the 1934 Giro di Lombardia makes it to article space. It has 4 references. The draft for the 1935 Giro di Lombardia right now has 5 references. Most of my Giro di Lombardia articles up to 1938 have been finished by EP111. There are 9 Giro di Lombardia that have been started but not finished, including 1948. Lincoln555 (talk) 13:03, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I'm referencing the articles in the mainspace because I'm going to be creating them anyway, eventually. However, I'd rather not have to do a cleanup of incorrect flags, incorrect team links and unfinished references, as it's much quicker to create a block of new articles from a bespoke template. The articles should be referenced as they're published to the mainspace, not afterwards. EP111 (talk) 17:00, 11 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Final warning[edit]

Despite all the time taken by other editors to help and to message you, you keep creating unreferenced articles such as Stalin's execution list of June 26, 1937. Those that have sources are confusing. 'External links' means 'suggestions for further reading' which is great, but it also needs a 'References' or 'Sources' section, which lists the sources actually used in the creation of the article. These should preferably, to make it easier for the reader, be WP:INLINECITED. Sometimes you have a references section and a bibliography section, and I'm not sure what you mean by that. But often there are no sources/links of any sort. WP:V is at the heart of our editing. Lists also need sources per WP:SourceList. Please sort this out - it is frustrating to have to keep clearing up after you when it would have taken you little time to do it right.

Articles you have created that are tagged for referencing issues are: Stalin's execution list of June 26, 1937, 2018 in Zimbabwe, 2018 in Mexico, 2018 in El Salvador, 2018 in Costa Rica, 2018 in Chile, 2018 in Moldova, 2018 in Estonia, 2018 in Croatia, 2018 in Azerbaijan, 2018 in Armenia, 2018 in Lithuania, 2018 in Latvia, Shōzō Okada, Army Commissar 2nd rank, Lazar Aronshtam, Army Commissar of 1st rank, Kan'ichi Gondo, Norikichi Oshikawa, Morio Takahashi, Toshio Honma, Tadahiko Okada, 10th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Tenta Akaboshi (source titles need to be translated into English), Prokopy Zubarev, Mitsusada Umetani, Latvian Operation of the NKVD, 2018 in Romania, Mikhail Razumov, Stalin's execution list of July 26, 1938, List of governors of Ishikawa Prefecture, List of governors of Miyagi Prefecture, Anton Bulin, List of governors of Shiga Prefecture, Yūichirō Chikaraishi, List of governors of Osaka, List of governors of Kyoto Prefecture, List of governors of Saga Prefecture, Kiyohide Seki, Isamu Sonoyama, Chikaaki Takasaki.

Most of the above are completely unreferenced, others have references in Chinese writing! I have spent hours addressing some of the issues. Please work through them and clearly add references Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 09:06, 20 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Continuing issues[edit]

You have just created 1920 Tour of Flanders, which, like the many articles I've brought to your attention before, is unreferenced. As Ihave twice explained in detail the difference between external links and sources/references, I guess these are meant to be external links, i.e. suggestions for further reading, not sources. You have also created 1946 Tour of Flanders, 1944 Tour of Flanders, 1943 Tour of Flanders, 1940 Tour of Flanders, 1938 Tour of Flanders, 1937 Tour of Flanders, 1936 Tour of Flanders, 1935 Tour of Flanders, 1934 Tour of Flanders, 1933 Tour of Flanders, 1932 Tour of Flanders, 1931 Tour of Flanders, 1930 Tour of Flanders, 1929 Tour of Flanders, 1928 Tour of Flanders, Carlo Mairani, 1926 Tour of Flanders, 1927 Tour of Flanders, 1927 Tour of Flanders, 1921 Tour of Flanders, 1942 Tour of Flanders, 1941 Tour of Flanders and 1945 Tour of Flanders, where the sources for each part are not clear.

These are just the creations with issues since I last sent you a warning. You have not addressed any of the issues I raised at User talk:Lincoln555#Final warning. PLease slow down and add clear sources. This is causing a lot of cleanup work for others. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 20:44, 29 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
