Lithuania proper

Hello! Sorry, but Lithuania proper means only one thing - a land (historical region) that existed within Grand Duchy of Lithuania / a land that gave name to whole country. See Finland Proper, Sweden proper everywhere "proper" means - "tikroji" - a nucleus of a state and nothing more. Re: List of Lithuanian National Prize bearers

First, the title of the award. Based on this site [1], I think it should be called the "Lithuanian National Art and Culture Prize".

Then, the title of this list. The rasytojai.lt site uses the term laureates, so maybe the title of the list should be "Laureates of the Lithuanian National Art and Culture Prize", altho I personally would prefer "Recipients of the Lithuanian National Art and Culture Prize", since laureate is usually (not always) reserved for Nobel Prize winners and with Poet Laureate. Based on a Google search "laureate site:nytimes.com". US-centric, I know.

I would worry that the word laureate might seem too strong for winners of this prize, but you make the call. The rasytojai.lt site is sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, but there is no English translation of this prize's name on the Ministry's website itself, AFAIK, so there is some leeway in our titling.

Wolk

What objection do you have to the edits I made? By reverting these edits, you reintroduced problems: You removed dates from Roman and Lois (required by MoS:DP); you removed the description of Roman (how will people know what he was or why he's on this page?); you added articles (a, an) in opposition to MoS:DP ("Do not include a, an or the before the description of the person's occupation or role"); you re-added Wolke, a non-notable person who has no article, and is unlikely to ever have one (and why should he be on a page that is reached only by typing "Wolk"?); you added the hndis tag to a page that is not a list of people who have the same name. I nearly moved all but Roman to the page where they really belong, Wolk (surname), and nearly made this a redirect to Roman, since there is no true disambiguation needed — there is no collision between the natural articles that each of these entries should have. I am considering going back and doing it better. Please research and understand what should be on disambiguation pages before you interfere with editors who are working to improve them.
