People's Party of Ceuta moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, People's Party of Ceuta, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.  I dream of horses  If you reply here, please ping me by adding {{U|I dream of horses}} to your message  (talk to me) (My edits) @ 01:12, 18 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

February 2020[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Mattythewhite. I noticed that you recently removed content from Gerard Piqué without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Mattythewhite (talk) 22:46, 4 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Gerard Piqué, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 19:40, 6 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Gerard Piqué, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. Mattythewhite (talk) 17:27, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you remove or blank page content or templates from Wikipedia, as you did at Gerard Piqué. Mattythewhite (talk) 17:12, 18 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Page moves[edit]

When you move a page like Peralta – Azkoien to another title like Peralta, Navarre, you must consider the effect on readers searching. You failed to create the redirect Azkoien which is necessary for readers searching that title to find the current page. --RexxS (talk) 19:22, 8 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

May 2020[edit]

This is the only warning I'm going to give you against edit-warring and removing content.

When your edit is challenged by reversion, your next step is to go to the talk page, not to simply repeat the edit without even an edit summary. A reversion without an edit summary is conventionally taken as a reversion of vandalism, and you may not make that claim about another editor without very strong grounds, or you risk sanctions.

The native_name parameter in Template:Infobox settlement is not designed to repeat the name parameter but to allow another local language's name to be shown for the benefit of the readers. Judging by your earlier contributions, and the warnings above, I am increasingly concerned that you are displaying an agenda to remove mention of Catalan and Basque from articles. You must be aware that such actions are controversial, and I warn you that deliberately disruptive editing of that kind will almost certainly lead to a loss of your editing privileges on the English Wikipedia. --RexxS (talk) 19:40, 8 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Article moves[edit]

Hi, I see that your move of 1884 Andalusian earthquake to 1884 Granadan earthquake has been reverted. I can see why someone may have chosen to restore the previous name.

  • The first reason is that no edit summary was used to give an explanation of why the page was moved
  • The second reason is that the only entry on the talk page is Talk:1884 Andalusian earthquake § Rename – you should have commented here first.

Could you please explain why you added a Spanish translation to Tunica County, Mississippi? Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:34, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

And why would you add a Spanish translation to Escambia County, Alabama? The name is Native American, and Spain or Spanish people aren't even mentioned in the article. Magnolia677 (talk) 18:41, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop[edit]

Edit warring to add back unnecessary and unsourced edits never ends well. If you feel that Spanish translations (or any other unrelated languages) belong on articles named by Native Americans, and which never once mention Spain or Spanish people, it would be best to discuss on the talk page. Thanks for your cooperation. Magnolia677 (talk) 20:13, 14 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
