Hi Lorus77. An English language Wikipedia page about this subject already exists: Michael Stroukoff. I considered making "Струков, Михаил Михайлович" a "WP:REDIRECT" to this article, but the English language Wikipedia doesn't usually have "redirects" in languages other than English. I'm aware that the Russian language Wikipedia uses the format "Surname, given name patronymic" for biographical articles. That format isn't used on the English language Wikipedia. Please let me know if you have any questions about this, or if I can help you in any English language Wikipedia-related questions.
