Sources

[edit]

Find some sources for Harley Tat lest the article be deleted. And please don't tell us that he produced thousands of episodes of a program that he only produced 5 episodes of. Deliberately misstating facts like that does nothing to bolster the community's desire to help this article. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 22:10, 21 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're welcome, Lucasgfroehlich :) You just need to find something to support the claimed figures in The New Boy section, or else they will be removed. Cheers — MusikAnimal talk 03:13, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Promotion

[edit]

Do not use Wikipedia to promote Harley Tat. Please remember to maintain neutrality. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 16:56, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Facts as stated in citations

[edit]

Please do not misrepresent the facts stated in the sources you cite. Tat's book did not achieve best seller status at Amazon except in the very limited categories of ebooks about rugby. If you want to state that, fine, but it's a pretty thin honor to boast about. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 03:03, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WikiDan I have screenshots to support the claims of Amazon rankings, can I use screenshots as after contacting Amazon they don't keep record of previous rankings

Press release image

[edit]

You uploaded File:The New Boy by Harley Tat.jpg claiming copyright ownership of this image of a press release. You can only be the copyright owner of that image if you are, in fact, the person who first published said press release, which I presume would make you Mr Tat's publicist. If so, please read and understand the Wikipedia guidelines about conflict of interest. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:08, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

WikiDan is correct about ownership and this image's place on Wikipedia. Even if you are the owner, it shouldn't be used as a source as it could be interpreted as original research. Instead you should find the original source for this image, and assuming it proves reliable, use that as a reference to support the stated claims. — MusikAnimal talk 15:22, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
