Improperly sourced material added to R. Kevin Hill article

You recently added an allegation to R. Kevin Hill that was sourced to what appears to be a personal website. Claims about living people must be supported with reliable sources, which does not include self-published websites. Contentious material without appropriate sources will be removed.
