Speedy deletion nomination of File Recovery for Mac[edit]

I was trying to create a page about one data recovery software. Because I viewed the page list of data recovery software.

I just want to create a new software and do the same thing as other software pages,like Data Recovery Wizard and Data LifeSaver. But unfortunately, my page was deleted. Can you tell me how to deal with that? I just want to do similar software page as Wikipedia already had.
