While it may be true that me and another individual share the same ip address that does not necessarily mean that I actually am the same person... and @Administrators, if you would like for me to go more into detail abt why I should be unblocked please politely let me know and I will do so! Request reason:

While it may be true that me and someone else share the same IP address, which doesn't necessarily mean that I am actually the same person ... and @administrators, although not too many people are inclined to believe this, it does it may be possible that someone else is using the same provider as me! I can guarantee that the person I'm ban evading with is NOT me! Closing message: I know that if you suspect this may have happened, you will automatically decline my second block appeal!

Decline reason:

First, your second request is pretty much the same as the firt one. Second, it isn't just about sharing the same IP address, and I think you know this.
