Welcome!

Welcome to Wikipedia, MCP! My name is Ryan, aka Acetic Acid. I noticed that you were new and haven't received any messages yet. I just wanted to see how you were doing. Wikipedia can be a little intimidating at first, since it uses different formatting than other sites that use HTML and CSS. In the long run, though, you'll find that the WikiSyntax is a lot easier and faster than those other ways. Here are a few links to get you started:

There are a lot of policies and guides to read, but I highly recommend reading over those first. If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Please be sure to sign your name on Talk Pages using four tildes (~~~~) to produce your name and the current date, along with a link to your user page. This way, others know when you left a message and how to find you. It's easier than having to type out your name, right? :)

I hope you enjoy contributing to Wikipedia. We can use all the help we can get! Have a nice day. Sincerely, Acetic Acid 05:41, August 24, 2005 (UTC)

No problem. If the vandal persists, you can report him or her to WP:AIV. An admin can block the vandal if you post there. Acetic Acid 05:51, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
Hmm... well they could just block for 24 hours. No major harm done there. As for games and cartoons... :) I don't watch many cartoons anymore. XD I used to watch Pokemon and Yugioh, but I haven't seen either of them for a while. I used to be a big Spyro the Dragon fan, but started to lose interest after the disappointing Enter the Dragonfly game was released. What about you? Acetic Acid 06:06, August 24, 2005 (UTC)
Oh yeah, I used to have a Zelda game, Link's Awakening. See you around. :) Acetic Acid 06:14, August 24, 2005 (UTC)

Re : Deletion Oversite[edit]

Done! My apologies for the oversight. :) - Cheers, Mailer Diablo 13:35, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Protologism[edit]

I think I first heard it used elsewhere on AFD. Every week I'm here, though, I run into at least a half-dozen new things in one article or another, so I might just be confused. It's a good word either way. -Colin Kimbrell 17:50, 20 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding my user page[edit]

Please do not deface or vandalize my user page anymore. You can read the guidelines on civility if you have questions about this. Thanks in advance, MCP. Mocheeze 07:18, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • You can be such a baby. Defacement or vandalization of your user page would require you to have had on in the first place. Furthermore the infomation I put on your user page was a log of a conversation that YOU yourself had with us, and it shows that you contradict yourself many times. For example, you openly admit that there is no virus in tbm and that there never was and that only idiots believe that. You admit to many lies in there, and you admit to the superiority of TBM's coding in there. Cry and whine all you want about the truth and people posting the truth because that is what you are good at.
    • Excuse me MCP, maybe I should rephrase: Please don't defame, harass, deface, or vandalize my user page at any time in the future. Please feel free to bring up any issues that you have with me relating to Wikipedia on my user talk page. Anything else like IRC logs for a totally unrelated activity can be brought to my attention via email or personal messages on Blockland forums. I think everyone in the Wikipedia community would rather have this be an accepting place where people are willing to contribute constructively. Thanks. Mocheeze 16:35, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
      • Listen Alex, posting the truth I understand to you is evil and of a malicious nature. You fight against truth because you despise it, and I have need to bring irc logs to your attention when you yourself were there meaning you should have a log of your own. I only thought it prudent that with your most recent "defamement, harassment, defacement, and vandalism" that people be let in on the little known fact that you youself love TBM and wanted badly to be a part of it.
        • Post it on your own user page if it's really important to you. I'm not going to get in an argument about how I feel about TBM on Wikipedia. This is not the place for these things. If you are not interested in creating an environment for everyone to be welcome at, then I think you're here for the wrong reasons perhaps. Post this on TBM's website, post this in your forums, post it on the Blockland.us forum. I don't care where you post it, just don't try to bring petty squabbles to Wikipedia. I don't think I'm being unreasonable here, am I? Did you really think it was so important to post that log that you actually felt the need to create a userpage for me just to do it? I want to enjoy Wikipedia just as much as you do, MCP. I don't think you would appreciate it much if I edited your userpage to fit my agenda. Please consider other people's feelings and we'll all get along on Wikipedia a lot better. Mocheeze 17:03, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
          • You are so full of shit Alex. Your passive agressive playing the victim bullshit only amuses you and fools morons.

Your edits to Blockland[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. -- EnCarnate 03:20, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

You are obviously a nobody with no leg to stand on so your worthless warning is ignored. My reverts to the wiki entry on blockland are in accordance with agreements made in the discussion section. Suck on it. MCP 08:08, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your user page[edit]

Wikipedia is neither a free web host nor an advertising service. Having a resume as your user page directly contravenes this policy. It may be deleted in accordance with our deletion policy if it is not rewritten to conform to guidelines. MER-C 05:51, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My user page was originally created as an act of vandlism. Delete it if you want whinny baby. quote from the user page article "...a way of helping other editors to understand with whom they're working.

Some people add information about themselves as well, possibly including contact information (email, instant messaging, etc), a photograph, their real name, their location, information about their areas of expertise and interest, likes and dislikes, homepages, and so forth." Suck it.MCP 17:55, 30 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Talk:Texas[edit]

Just a note, I moved your recent post at Talk:Texas to the bottom of the page, in case you're wondering what happened to your post there. (New posts always go below older ones.) AlexiusHoratius 05:46, 13 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
