Welcome to my talk page (Archive 1)![edit]

Welcome to Archive 1! Best, MTATransitFan (Questions? Comments? Just want to chat? Click here) 02:05, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, List of New Flyer Xcelsior production model codes, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. @Celestina007: Hi! This is just an expanded version of the Xcelsior codes template, so I thought that it was ok to have no citations! I'll add some citations and then get back to you. Best, MTATransitFan--Access my talk page here 19:22, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. Regarding the recent revert you made: you may already know about them, but you might find Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace useful. After a revert, these can be placed on the user's talk page to let them know you considered their edit inappropriate, and also direct new users towards the sandbox. They can also be used to give a stern warning to a vandal when they've been previously warned. Thank you. ɴᴋᴏɴ21 ❯❯❯ talk 00:37, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Signature[edit]

Please stop posting the BLM userbox with your signature as per WP:SIG, Userboxes should not be used at all in signatures irrespective of the message, Please also don't ever post that userbox on my talkpage again. Quite frankly it has no place on my talkpage because I don't care if you're black, white, green or rainbow .... I treat everyone the same. Thank you. –Davey2010Talk 01:14, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So supporting the BLM movement is aginst Wikipedia rules? I find that hard to believe. Best, MTATransitFan (Questions? Comments? Just want to chat? Click here) 01:16, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No it's not, Having a userbox with a signature causes talkpage arching problems and if you were to use this on a Wikipedia noticeboard or talkpage people would complain about your sig and you'd be forced to change it, so again please stop using it Thanks, –Davey2010Talk 01:20, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I will change it ASAP Best, MTATransitFan (Questions? Comments? Just want to chat? Click here) 02:05, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

July 2020[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Columbia Transportation; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.Davey2010Talk 01:20, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
