I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

I was browsing GA candidates and came upon the Lincoln article. I noticed you had reviewed it, mentioning it needed improvement in a couple of areas. Surprisingly, what I didn't see was any specifics about what actually needed some work. One of the important aspects of GA reviews is giving these specifics (see Reviewing good articles) so the contributors understand your exact issues. Reading your talk page, I see that others have noticed this aspect of your GA reviews, as well.

I'm personally encouraging you to take the few extra moments and provide the specifics in your reviews. The contributors will be most appreciative, and you will be the better editor for doing so. Please accept my most humble advice in the spirit of humility in which it was offered, and have a wiki day! Where is the unclear dialogue?
What sections need more coverage?
