Prevalence

The statistics on prevalence surprise me. They are from four socially liberal countries (an extreme percentage from Iran wouldn't surprise me at all). Is the difference mostly in the people (Brazilians are more flamboyant than Canadians), or in the health services (Canada spends more on health than Brazil does)?

@Maproom I only just saw your comment. I don't exactly know where these variations come from, but more healthcare spending sadly doesn't always mean better treatmen for trans people, as illustrated by the Norway case.
