It would probably be helpful if you wrote this review as one uninterrupted section and signed it using four tildes If you have set your preferences accordingly there is an icon you can click to generate this signature.
It is probably simplest if you replace the existing sub-headings with bold text:

This is because any editor can add to any sub-section, so it quickly becomes unclear who has written what.
Perhaps you could pass this on to other members of your project.
