Doges of Genoa[edit]

Excellent work - glad to see somebody working on 'em. I thought about doing some, way back when, but my Italian is so nonexistent as to be inutile, as it were. :-)

Keep up the good work, and happy editing! --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 14:56, 1 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Happy to be of service.

Disambiguation link notification for March 7[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Arrigo della Rocca, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Plague (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Francesco Guistiniano di Garibaldo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

As per WP:1E. Also completely unreferenced. The it wiki version is similarly unreferenced.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Hi Maharbbal, I see that you are a professional economist. I wonder if you could help with Trickle-down economics. There has been a fairly long-running dispute as to whether anyone has actually argued for trickle-down economics, i.e. giving money to the rich through tax cuts, as opposed to hoping that the rich will invest more if they are taxed less. Most RS on the page say that it is a theory, but they are all from sources critical of trickle-down economics. In contrast, a few sources say that no economist or politician has ever proposed this theory, but there are not very many of these. I wonder if you knew of any more sources that would help either way, i.e. either a source arguing that giving the rich more money through tax cuts would help poorer people, or one saying that no one had proposed it. Thanks! Absolutelypuremilk (talk) 08:39, 9 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
