KEXP

[edit]

I've been thinking about an FA for it, but I'd need to write a programming section, and I'm terrible at it. Is that something you'd be willing to help with? Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 15:59, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Sammi Brie, sure, I'd love to try! I'm not familiar with FA for radio stations, but I speculate we might not need a whole lot of programming (just from looking at others, like WINC (AM) and WWJ-TV). I'm thinking that moving existing info about the different types of programming (radio shows, YouTube channel, affiliated concerts in Seattle) could make for a decent programming section.
Happy to give this a shot in the coming week. Maiacosis (talk) 16:14, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've only ever taken four TV stations to FA, and then WINC was done years ago. Since KEXP is unlike most stations with its programming, it probably deserves a little greater weight. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 16:20, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I've started a short Programming section, of the public radio shows-listing variety. It could benefit from some discussions on specific concerts/events for sure (I've just noticed that there are some images on Commons that could be used here, e.g., c:Category:KEXP Live from Argentina).
Will have to come back to it in a little while, but if there's something you feel like adding in the meantime, please feel free! Maiacosis (talk) 03:27, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
