The article, as written, was solely an advertisement. You can of course rewrite it to look like an encyclopedia article. For example, the first one you quoted, Manchester Arndale, has 92 references to 13 books. It would be great to have that, but that's also a very high standard - you only have to show a good-faith effort to go into that direction. If you cite reliable sources and use objective, non-promotional tone, then it won't be an advertisement. I don't really know what passes for articles on the Croatian Wiki, but it doesn't really matter - here we judge each article on its own merit and according to English Wikipedia policies (many of which I've linked). If you want to work on rewriting the article, I'll move it to your user space, it'll appear at User:MajaMP/Portanova (Osijek). That's better - most of the sources are primary, but I noticed the article in Građevinar which looks good. I'll move the article back to main space because you've demonstrated a good faith effort. Thank you! Now, that doesn't mean we're out of the woods - you still should prune the advertisement-like stuff. For example, the list in the "Traffic connection" section - Wikipedia is not a guide. Some of the information there is generic and relevant, and can have a place in the article, but the current format is that of a promotional pamphlet. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 12:40, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
