File permission problem with File:Maradona-Eng.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Maradona-Eng.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

The wikipedia article attempted to create was an article of a renowned film distribution house of Kannada films, a regional language in India, since I have created many notable articles related to South Indian film industry, the owners of the Sandalwood Talkies approached me to help in creating a Wikipedia article for their distribution house, malharhussain is not a sock puppet account of PrakashGollapalli007 and I don't even know who that is, I kindly request the administrators to rectify the same and remove the block on my account

Might I be so bold as to add that you read and heed my unblock decline above. This was not some random mistake you made. You cannot simply say, "O, sorry. Won't happen again." {unblock|I was not paid or have done any consideration to create a Wikipedia page, I strongly condemn this false allegation, the only mistake I did was to try and create a Wiki page for Sandalwood Talkies, a renowned distribution house based on its popularity & worthiness, but I didn't know I will be falsely called as a sock puppet account of some random person who has earlier tried to create a page for the same distribution house. Can someone guide me on how to contribute to Wikipedia further? & will the ban on me ever be revoked? :( }

Non-admin comment: At this time, WP:SO applies to you. What that means is that, no, you are not banned from Wikipedia forever, but you're pretty close to that. What you need to do is to stop editing Wikipedia for 6 months, and this includes talk page edits, and then come back. There's no guarantee that the community will welcome you, but you stand a far better chance of being unblocked than if you continue pestering the Administrators for an unblock. WP:SO is to help folks who have amassed a messy block log to start over afresh. I would like to add that " the owners sought for my assistance" is a pretty clear indication that you are violating WP:COI, even if you are not paid to do so. I would suggest that when and if your standard offer is accepted, and if you still want to contribute to Wikipedia about those articles, that you propose changes on the article's talk page(s), instead of directly editing them. Waiting six months means not editing articles. At all. Not yourself, not by asking others to edit. Then, apply under WP:SO which is certainly not a guarantee.
