I understand your point. Indeed, that is why we have the phrase practicing physician in the English language - it distinguishes those who are merely qualified to practice from those who actually practice. The way to handle the matter in his case is to specify or further clarify the matter, not to delete the attribution entirely. Try adding (non-practicing) in parentheses after physician or some other way to make your point. Assuming it's referenced, I doubt anyone will oppose such a clarification, certainly not me. μηδείς (talk) 04:08, 25 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
