Fair use rationale for Image:Kagura 2.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kagura 2.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. PS2pcGAMER (talk) 11:09, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pictures at Barefoot[edit]

Please stop inserting additional copies of your pictures at Barefoot. It is not helping the article, and you have been reverted more than once. If you do think that the article needs several pictures of the same girl sitting on the same plaza, please discuss that on the talk page before unilaterally changing the article. –Henning Makholm 20:28, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for violation of the 3 revert rule on Barefoot. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

License tagging for Image:Kagura 2.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kagura 2.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:08, 20 May 2007 (UTC)

Rin[edit]

I have temporarily protected the page. Please discuss at the talk page of Rin (InuYasha) about why you think that is relevant to the article. I am giving you an opportunity to discuss the matter, since you apparently have never stated why you edit the page in that way. If you continue after the protection finishes without being willing to discuss, your edits may be considered to be disrupting the article. Thanks for understanding. -- ReyBrujo 03:12, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stop[edit]

The image you are attempting to add to the Grimmjow Jeagerjaques article is a fan-colored picture and thus not suitable for inclusion. The present one is fine. Stop edit warring, lest you break WP:3RR. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 00:24, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Panterareleased.JPG fits the criteria for speedy deletion for the following reason:

Image is a fan-coloring of a licensed propery and thus can't be used under license.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Panterareleased.JPG, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. It is not fan-colored, but is an official full-color print by Kubo Tite.

No, it's not. You're just being inattentive and assuming that. Anyone capable of looking will tell you otherwise. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 00:49, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You're saying I'm not capable of looking? Appearantly you're the one who fails to realize, THEN goes out of his way to insult me. Kiss my ass. Pay attention. Then kiss my ass while paying attention to it, intently.
What a well thought out response. No really, how long did that take you? It's a fan-coloring, end of story. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 00:53, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

They all say "end of story" when they can't think of a way out.

They also throw insults when they can't back up their nonsense. This is your "official coloring". It's not real. Stop trying to post it. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 00:57, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oh yah. Thats reaaal convincing.
Not going to try to explain it away? Maybe someone decolored the page? You've been proven wrong. Drop it. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 01:01, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I already seen that image last night. Doesn't prove shit. Saw it again, saw it a few hours ago, and a few times this morning. Oh yah! I've been totally proven wrong.
Yes, you have. I'm glad you admit it. You've seen the image. You know it's real. Your image is fake. Plain and simple. Throw insults about all you want, fact remains that the scan proves you wrong, while your coloring is not proof at all. — Someguy0830 (T | C) 01:06, 30 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Kaguramanga.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Kaguramanga.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use.

Commercial use of Image:Kaguraimage1.png[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Kaguraimage1.png, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Kaguraimage1.png has a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission, which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3). While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Kaguraimage1.png itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 02:23, 12 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
