Speedy deletion nomination of Amgalanbaatar Manlaibayar[edit]

Hello Manlaibayar,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Amgalanbaatar Manlaibayar for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
