Stop adding a person without sources!

[edit]

Stop adding this person on Wikipedia. Wikipedia deals in notability as established by reliable sources especially with Living persons who need to meet these guidelines Wikipedia is not a genealogy website. Also, if you are or know the person you keep trying to add, see WP:COI. If you continue to add this person without subjects, you will be referred for Administrative action which can include loss of editing privileges. Slywriter (talk) 00:09, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest you respond, otherwise I will assume by continuing your disruptive editing that you have no interest in following Wikipedia policies. Slywriter (talk) 00:11, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Gathering sources. Manlyboost3000 (talk) 00:19, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

How is providing extra information considered a 'disruptive edit'? When I have actual physical sources and archived documents online from the library of Shrewsbury?. Me saying 'gathering sources' was saying I'm currently working on how to add these as there are a lot of them.. not much IT knoledge. In all my 72 years I have never come across such bull. Absolutely appalled. Freedom an all that ey. Manlyboost3000 (talk) 00:43, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The issue is you are providing zero sources relevant to the subject that you are placing all over Wikipedia. We need verifiable material that shows the subject is actually notable. Otherwise, it just looks like you are spamming a non-notable person. You have been doing it for months without showing any evidence the person has a claim.
Now if you wish to be unblocked, you need to follow the directions in Bbb23's post below and show the admins you understand Wikipedia policy. Slywriter (talk) 01:03, 16 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Sir Jakob Edwardes-Iddon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about something invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.
