Chrome and Acid3
[edit]Please stick to the facts. There is no pixel perfect rendering for Google Chrome 3 when started with default options (there is this pink X on the right upper corner). Haven't seen any confirmation that it passes the performance criterion either. --DeTru711 (talk) 15:51, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
- Okay, here are some facts:
- At http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Koraiem#Acid_3 "I only have the 4.0 Dev Channel releases installed" - you haven't considered the unstable builds might have a regression?
- The Stable Chrome 3 screenshot that your revert restored is "Image:Acid 3 Test Chrome 2.0.170.0.jpg"
- A quote from the reference I used: "The Web Standards Project's Acid3 test measures how well suited a browser is handling dynamic Web applications. Like Safari, which uses the same internal WebKit page-rendering engine, Chrome 3 aces it"
- If the article is wrong, then you are going about correcting it in very much the wrong way.Mardeg (talk) 11:37, 23 September 2009 (UTC)
