Hello

I see you have expanded the article. I wonder if you have noticed that greece won one more medal comparing the table in the artcile and the source quoted and USA won one less in the source than in the artcile. I expect this is obviously a typo but thought I should bring this to your attention before it goes to FLC. Thanks. 02blythed (talk) 13:47, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if you are planning on working on any more lists, but would you mind waiting at least a week before nominating another? The FLC process is molasses slow and having too many of the same type of list floods the process. -- Scorpion0422 15:58, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There's no reason why we can't work on them, I'd just like to make sure there are no more than 4 or 5 at a time. (so you probably could nominate another, but it wouldn't hurt to wait until your 2004 one finishes because we're still working some kinks out) -- Scorpion0422 17:34, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you think it would be worth adding an infobox to the various medal count pages? -- Scorpion0422 23:32, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Victor de Sabata[edit]

I see that you ranked this article as a B. Could you give some ideas for improvement so that it could merit an A rating?

Thanks. Grover cleveland (talk) 06:02, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a lot for your suggestions on my user page. Grover cleveland (talk) 16:57, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

FLC comments[edit]

Hi there Marrio, I was wondering if you would revisit the FLC of List of Victoria Cross recipients of the Indian Army. A large number of the red links have been turned blue over the last week by a number of users. Well over 95% of links are now blue including the vast majority of the units. I have to say, I think it meets all the FLC criteria, though of course, I am biased. Thanks Woody (talk) 20:07, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations on having earned your first WP:FL during the last month. You may be interested in nominating your list for consideration as August LOTM and LOTD. It would also be great if you would consider voting on the current set of candidates for consideration as July LOTM and LOTD.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 05:50, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Invitation to the African Destubathon[edit]

Hi. You may be interested in participating in the African Destubathon which starts on October 15. Africa currently has over 37,000 stubs and badly needs a quality improvement editathon/contest to flesh out basic stubs. There are proposed substantial prizes to give to editors who do the most articles, and planned smaller prizes for doing to most destubs for each of the 53 African countries, so should be enjoyable! So it would be a good chance to win something for improving stubs on African sportspeople, including footballers, athletes, Olympians and Paralympians etc, particularly female ones, but also male. Even if contests aren't your thing we would be grateful if you could consider destubbing a few African articles during the drive to help the cause and help reduce the massive 37,000 + stub count, of which many are rated high importance (think Regions of countries etc). If you're interested in competing or just loosely contributing a few expanded articles on African Paralympians, Olympians and committees etc, please add your name to the Contestants/participants section. Diversity of work from a lot of people will make this that bit more special. Thanks. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:13, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
