Mystic Medusa

Hi, I'm a fan of Mystic Medusa. (mystic_medusa) She's a well known funny astrologer in australia and has 3 or 4 books published, radio show, and column in The Australian (news.com). I put together a bio, used the ISBN of the books and stuff. It was deleted due to "blatant advertising". That definitely was not my intention. How does one write a bio of a popular author and personality (Australian) and not be seen as advertising please? It was my first page, I worked hard on it to get the information together, and links, and I must've done something wrong. Any help appreciated. :) Laurel Papworth (talk) 04:11, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Why did you delete the article MDspots?

I wrote this article on MDspots, Inc to describe this company which has been in business and online for over 5 years. I did not include multiple links nor solicited any advertising. This company was created solely to help doctors find jobs in the US and abroad. You may not be aware but it is very difficult to get doctors to relocate to areas where medical care is needed. I founded this company when I personally was looking to open a medical practice and noticed that there was not a single centralized site where I could search for different practice opportunities. If you feel that you must delete commercial articles why don't you also delete that ones that refer to Netflix, Myspace, etc which contain multiple links and advertising. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Inga01 (talkcontribs) 16:58, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Hi Martijn, I've read the note at the top of this page. Please let me know what do you mean with "improving the notability", cause for me the references ar enough. Instead please let me know if I'm wrong what I've to do to match Wikipedia standards. Thank you ;) --Tappoz (talk) 16:28, 16 November 2008 (UTC)

Hi Martijn, please help me remove the alerts on the Starlims page. I have modified and done everything by the book, and made as many changes as I can to comply with the Wiki requirements. Please advise. Your help is very much appreciated. --Ohadtpa (talk) 14:27, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
