You appear to be creating a page in your userspace about an individual named Tom Herman. However, the Tom Herman page redirects to a page about a band, with Tom Herman as one of its members. CanuckMy page89 (talk), 05:52, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings, you are correct. And I apologize immensely if I am wreaking havoc. How do I establish the Tom Herman page (the individual) and link to that page appropriately?

You would first have you establish that the person occupying the content of your userpace page meets Wikipedia's notability requirements, which among other things, requires that the subject be noted in many reliable sources. I would recommend that you improve your userspace page to meet the general notability requirements, and try submitting it at WP:AFC/S. , CanuckMy page89 (talk), 06:07, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. CanuckMy page89 (talk), 06:11, 26 March 2012 (UTC) Got it. Thanks Canuck! I noticed on the Tom Herman redirect that someone had previously objected to having an individual's name tied to a band. So not only do i have to submit my page for Tom Herman, but I will have to request that the Tom Herman redirect be changed as well?--Masegian (talk) 06:15, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
