{{help-me}} I have spotted some spamming activity on behalf of megadry [dot] com where user Whynotthestars has been adding links to this site, as has Hyperhidrosis. Hyperhidrosis has also removed a link to a non profit organisation that works in the same field. I am not sure the 'correct' way to act here as both have already been warned for spamming over the megadry links (but not the link removal). I have reinstated the non-profit link as it seems reasonable.

Thanks for taking care. You can report here. Then the administrators can handle the case. Happy editing.--Thw1309 13:25, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody & Suite Life on Deck

[edit]

I checked the references you used. http://www.disneyfanclub.org/blog/disney-fan-club-team/afterlife-for-suite-life does not meet the WP:RS reliable source criteria as it is repeating speculation on a fan site. http://disneyenquirer.com/NewsArticle-716 is accurate and supports that Disney was planning a show with that name but by itself is not conclusive of it actually happening or that a pilot was shot. I don't think this information can be supported as being in the article with those references. I think the most we can say is that Disney considered a spin off but we can't say anything more on what the future plans for it are. --NrDg 17:59, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's really tricky - there is a lot of speculation about this and it seems to be what is occupying fans at the moment. I think that there needs to be a way to report that there is speculation without implying that it is fact. I had hoped that my new section was a way to do that. Copied above and replied on show discussion page. Let's continue the discussion there so other editors can participate. --NrDg 16:16, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that this image [[1]] is incorrectly licensed - the website that contains this image (livius.org) does contain the following text "Unless otherwise indicated, pictures on this page © Marco Prins and Jona Lendering. Photos can be downloaded and used for non-commercial purposes, but you have to acknowledge Livius." however the image page has GPLed the image! Note: I am asking for help here because I don't want to start a huge flame war about image licensing on the main help page - if this was wrong them please flame me here!

you can ask User talk:Jeffrey O. Gustafson because he's an administrator and has removed many of my pictures due to violation (i didn't know). He suggested I ask before posting further images, so I think he can help you.--Ccson (talk) 21:41, 11 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Greetings Recent Changes Patrollers!

This is a one-time-only message to inform you about technical proposals related to Recent Changes Patrol in the 2016 Community Wishlist Survey that I think you may be interested in reviewing and perhaps even voting for:

  1. Adjust number of entries and days at Last unpatrolled
  2. Editor-focused central editing dashboard
  3. "Hide trusted users" checkbox option on watchlists and related/recent changes (RC) pages
  4. Real-Time Recent Changes App for Android
  5. Shortcut for patrollers to last changes list

Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)

Thank you for your consideration. Please note that voting for proposals continues through December 12, 2016.

Note: You received this message because you have transcluded {{User wikipedia/RC Patrol}} (user box) on your user page. Since this message is "one-time-only" there is no opt out for future mailings.
