Hey Matty,

I like your idea on adding what is missing from the current Wikipedia article on amphitheaters now. I think that that adding more in depth information on the five largest amphitheaters is something that every reader would want to read when looking up general information on amphitheaters. Your draft so far is pretty good, I like that you have several facts about each amphitheater down in a little paragraph about the amphitheater. Overall I think you did a great job, maybe add a section about what effect these specific amphitheaters had on ancient Rome, if there was any.

Article Review[edit]

Matty,

I completely agree that it is very important to add in the Roman Amphitheaters. Regarding Roman structure, the addition of the five largest Amphitheaters in five different subsections helped further the readers understanding of setting and actions of the time. The addition of the sections definitely allowed the reader to have a more in depth grasping of the topic or at least helpful background information. I think if there were to be a place to add more information, the first and largest Amphitheatre could use more description. Besides its size and location, what else was so special about this unparalleled Amphitheater? That being said, your draft is great so far. I think it would be very helpful if you added a section either before or after the five subsections that discerned the Amphitheaters connection to Rome as a whole.
