Please do not add or change content, as you did at Email marketing, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Note that your change had signs of possibly being copied and pasted from somewhere (where, and what is the copyright status for the content?). I have properly formatted the unblock request for you. Bbb23, both editors belonging to the same class project with Victuallers being involved via WikiEdu seems plausible to me, though I'd say a class project with WikiEdu support should know to tell its students that they should clearly state on their user pages that they belong to a class project, and to which one. I also failed to find anything beyond Victuallers' statements at User talk:Bbb23 connecting him to WikiEdu, but maybe I didn't look closely enough. Huon (talk) 22:18, 5 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Huon: I'm inclined to unblock both this and the other user, but I'd like to complete the discussion, which was very frustrating because their explanations were so inadequate, I was having with Victuallers before doing so, and I'm guessing that they may not be back until tomorrow at the earliest. My biggest concerns at this point are that Victuallers monitor the two user's behavior and that there be less disruption to articles than before. It also should be set up properly, so other editors know what's going on, although at this point that's secondary - unless there's more of them.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:20, 5 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This user is a new user[edit]

Maverickranger is new. They are a university student who is trying to contribute to Wikipedia. They should be developing new content in their sandbox which is an addition in their own words and with references. This user is not a sock puppet. I am willing to assist if this user needs help. Maverickranger, I have unblocked you. Please be careful when you edit at Wikipedia. Unfortunately, Wikipedia has all sorts of rules that often make it difficult for a new editor. If you're unsure about something or have problems, contact Victuallers. If they aren't around, one place you can go is the WP:Help Desk and post a message there.
