RHAM HS[edit]

Hi. I notice you have been editing the above page quite a bit in the last few days. You should be aware that there are guidelines for content and style for school articles, as you removed at least one maintenance template indicating the article was out of compliance with them. The problem is your edits did not even come close to addressing the problem. In fact, some of your editing made the problem worse. We do not discuss athletic achievements less than team state champions; we do not mention faculty names; if you are going to list the sports offered, list them all,not just the ones the school excels at; don't Wikilink a term more than once in an article. Generally the only time we use the county field in the infobox is if that info is needed to disambiguate either the school or community name. Your change to the coordinates also puzzles me. I cannot look at a map right now as I am on my phone and it won't load a map big enough for me to verify, but you changed the coordinates by several tenths of a degree. A tenth of a degree north-south is almost 7 miles. I know your intentions are good, but something is missing in your implementation of them. I'm happy to help. Feel free to drop me a note on my talk page. John from Idegon (talk) 21:19, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello John! Sorry about that, I'm new to editing pages. I'll try to fix the page per your suggestions, and this time I'll leave the maintenance template. As for the coordinate change, I found the school using Google Earth, and used the exact coordinates from that. I'll try and verify the location again to check myself. I'll pop over and read the content guidelines as well. Thank you so much for pointing these things out, and Happy New Year! Mavrab (talk) 02:49, 1 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
