Culture of Italy[edit]

Max Mar, I saw with interest the document that you added to the "External links" section of Culture of Italy. It contains lots of referenced factual information, though obviously written with a strongly pro-Italy point of view. I wonder, though, whether the External links section is the best place for it. There is a Wikipedia guideline on the use of external links, which has a list of links to avoid. The first item there is Any site that does not provide a unique resource beyond what the article would contain if it became a featured article. In other words, the site should not merely repeat information that is already or should be in the article. Links for future improvement of the page can be placed on the article's talk page. See {{refideas}}. That strikes me as being a good description of the document in question. So I wonder if you would consider moving it to the talk page, using the {{refideas}} template, and perhaps even using some of the content to expand the article? I'm a total beginner about Wikipedia and there are a lot of guidelines to follow.

Please, for the moment, if it is not a problem I would like to keep the external link.

Meantime I can study better the guidelines and write some words for an article.
