Gillick competence

[edit]

Hi,

Thanks for your discussion on Gillick competence. I think that Australian law does not allow concurrent ability to consent other than the statutes you mentioned in South Australia and New South Wales. In fact, I'm writing an essay about consent at the moment. Would you like to referee it for me? :D - Richardcavell 08:53, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nope, no objection. I saw an unexplained removal of an entire section, which is now explained. Feel free to remove it, but you may want to explain your reasoning (if you haven't already) on the article's talk page. (ESkog)(Talk) 04:36, 18 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Medical law

[edit]

Hi,

If you want to email me, it's my wikipedia username at mail.com. I agree with everything that you say on my talk page. I wish the High Court would make it clear. Still, it makes good fodder for my essays! :D - Richardcavell 06:43, 25 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Increasing biodiversity

[edit]

Hi,

I noticed you removed the "proposed deletion" tag from the article above. However, I still believe it should be deleted; a second user (GRBerry) concurs. I'll be listing the article in the normal AfD process, and your comments would be appreciated there. --Impaciente 03:58, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
