The article Michigan Works! has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. • • The guidelines for nonprofits are basically the same as those for other corporations (see WP:CORP) and organizations (see WP:ORG). Basically, the article needs to be written from a neutral point of view (see WP:NPOV); for starters, it should not be written in first person ("Our services include..."). It also needs to avoid promotional language (see WP:SPAM). Finally, you need to show that the organization has been recognized as notable by reliable independent sources (see WP:V). Speedy deletion of Michigan Works!

A tag has been placed on Michigan Works! requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia.
