There is already a draft at Draft:Billy Tuchscher. Please do not create multiple copies of drafts for the same topic. The References are personal references for a resume, not independent reliable sources for an encyclopedic draft. Do not use Wikipedia for resumes. This submission is not adequately supported by reliable sources. Reliable sources are required so that information can be verified. If you need help with referencing, please see Referencing for beginners and Citing sources.

There is no a single reliable, independent source in the article. Most are from entities which he was involved with, or are from commercial, rather than news sites. The SD Earth Times is not a reliable source either, since it is run by a special interest group. Some are citations which don't even mention him (Rolling Stone, Wenner Media), while others aren't reliable (YouTube) or valid (other wiki pages). I did a brief search on News, Newspapers and Books and can find no significant coverage of this person. In addition, the article still reads more like a CV than an encyclopedia article. It also helps if you format your references properly, as per WP:CIT. Watch out for phrases like "is recognized for his vision", and get rid of the awards section (none are notable - pure promotionalism).
