-The article has many claims that are not backed by your references

-The article isn't written in an encyclopedic tone. It's unlikely that your article will be accepted on the main space until you make it unbiased. For example, in your first sentence you say 'military pilots are a very unique group of people.' Instead, you should say something like 'Military pilots face a much higher incidence of stress due to the nature of their occupation' and then cite it.

- Some of your references are placed in the middle of sentences, but they should be put one space the period at the end of the sentences

-Many spelling and grammatical mistakes throughout the article

-It would be a good idea to add relevant statistics, studies, and pictures into your article
