The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Piedmont Healthcare, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. I do not have financial attachments to the this subject. I have created and edited this article in good faith. I have used sources that I consider reliable and have gone on the wikipedia library and confirmed those sources. The article is very brief, just states facts such as purchases that have been widely publicized in various news sources and makes this subject notable of a wikipedia page .It even mentions a nurse organization that has expressed concerns over those purchases.MedGME (talk) 16:13, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As a separate matter your sources are all PR pieces, churnalism, and add no value to the quest for notability im a wikipedia sense. a PR piece is issued by the subject and is not independent, It is a primary source.
It does not matter that the media organ is itself reliable, all media may carry a press release. Many are identifiable on sight by theor format, often starting thus:
PLACENAME, Foo Corporation announced some announcement or other on this date.
Often they end with contact details, but not always. Sometimes a bylined journalist picks it up and massages it.
I used to write press releases that the journal could pick up and massage with very little work. That way they hit their word target and I got my PR placement. FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 16:48, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You will see that they are identical. So the are not multiple independent sources.
We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, in multiple secondary sources which are WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to allow this article to remain. Piedmont Healthcare moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Piedmont Healthcare, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Seeking input on suggested edit to USMLE article

Hello, @MedGME. I noticed that you've contributed to USMLE and I was wondering if you could provide some feedback on an edit suggested I recently posted to the talk page. There is a factual error that I've suggested an edit for. Basically, it says that those with Osteopathic degrees have to pass either the COMLEX or the USMLE for licensure. Sources say that many DOs take USMLE to improve their chances with residency applications, but not that they can opt for USMLE only, so the either/or language seems incorrect to me.
