Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, your account has been blocked; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you. Request reason:

I changed my name after being told that MedRevise.co.uk was too promotional. Please change my username to bigonroad - I will be happy with this, and I want to be a part of wikipedia. Starting with a new username will mean all my activity on other wikimedia sites will be gone too.

Decline reason:

If you want to request a new name use {{unblock-un}}. Don't use one so close to the old one. And consider the below query. — Daniel Case (talk) 16:42, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Here are a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. Daniel Case (talk) 16:42, 22 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
