Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, MeganRMulholland, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hey girl Can you explain how you added all our names onto your own talk page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Helena12435 (talkcontribs) 15:40, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Helena12435:I went through and pinged all you onto this 1102.4 group. The format for ping is in the training lessons. I had seen your message and just went back in to edit, wrote my own response, and made sure to ping everyone- even Professor Hamon. I don't know if that answered your question, but I didn't do anything special to get all you onto this thread. MeganRMulholland (talk) 17:09, 30 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Draft note

[edit]

Hi! I wanted to drop a quick note about the draft. When writing about the themes and implications for something, make sure that you avoid writing in a questioning, essay-like tone. An example of the writing style that should be followed/mimicked can be seen here, the themes section for To Kill a Mockingbird. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 15:58, 28 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
