Sources available fail mainly due to either not reaching Sig Cov (either generally or specifically about Chiang, rather than his company) or independent (including pure interviews/press releases). As such, WP:BASIC doesn't seem to be satisfied.

Additionally, the article subject has requested via OTRS to have it deleted. I feel BIODEL applies unless there is significant disagreement.
