Very thorough article so far, though often reads more akin to a textbook as opposed to a layman's reference encyclopedia. Linking out definitions to difficult words especially in the first paragraphs may be helpful (such as "impingement"). Also, having something "classically" present is a pretty medical jargon-y way to convey a common presentation.

edits I recommend: Consider re-establishing the (NC) abbreviation at the start of each section for those that jump around to specific sections.

A picture of the characteristic shopping cart sign may tie together the signs and symptoms section well.

I can't see a simpler way to say a lot of the intricacies you delve into regarding NC differential/pathophys, but look for opportunities to use simple language. For instance saying: "Further distinguishing features of neurogenic and vascular claudication may be found in the adjoining table." can potentially be said as simply "see table for more comparisons"

First sentence of Pathophys section may need rewording, I had to read it aloud to my self a few times to see why that "in" is in there. Consider just explaining that this is due to narrowing of a tight space without needing to get into all of those details about the ligamentum flavum etc
