Sleep hygiene[edit]

Hi! I saw that you added to this article - I have a couple of notes. The first is that you didn't use any sourcing to back up your claims. This is vitally important, as the source is needed to back up the content being added. Medical/body related articles have specific guidelines for what can be used as a source - you can read over these guidelines in this training module.

Another note is that you should avoid using POV/subjective terms like "important". We can say that a given person has stated that something is important or commonly recommends something, but we can't write it like we ourselves are making this statement.
