The reason left by WikiAviator was: This submission is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: This article is created with someone with close ties with the subject and is suspected of undisclosed paid editing per remark by creator: "Please consider this wikipedia page, I have added a multitude of sources to support the biography I have written for the artist that I manage "Micah Street". We have secured a multitude of industry deals and need his page up ASAP. I thank you for your understanding." Topic is not notable and no significant secondary sources may be found. Article is created solely for promotional purposes (per quote above) and is contrary to Wikipedia policy. User will be reported for undisclosed paid editing.
